Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, your reason for contacting us and your message, plus a record of your consent and when you gave it. We do not use advertising trackers. Our host may keep basic technical logs for security.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to arrange school visits, prayer, partnerships or giving, and to keep a record of our communication.

Who sees it

Authorised leaders of Real Vine Ministries. We do not sell or share your details for marketing. Our website and database are hosted by Cloudflare, which may process data outside South Africa under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after [12 months] unless you become a donor or partner, in which case we keep records as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing our Information Officer. You may also complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

Children

We do not collect personal information from children through this website. Photos and videos of children are published only with written consent from the school and parents or guardians.
